They close at 430 pm. I walked in at 428. They helped me grab all the things I needed. Even after apologizing for showing up just before closing, they said it was their pleasure to help me. Great customer service, and they even helped with a few pointers to make my repair easier.

Was my favorite parts store but Byron and Stacy just couldn't stop giving me a hard time. Both acted like they didnt' know what I was talking about when I asked why they are giving me a hard time. Very happy with SiteOne.

I’m a trucker and delivered here this morning. Fantastic people!! You have to back In off the street but it’s a quiet street with little traffic. Driveway is wide. Easy back. They weren’t busy so the guy unloading me helped me untarp. If you’re not a flatbedder then you have no idea how appreciative I was of that help. Would definitely deliver here again.

They have the products that we needed at a reasonable price. Had a problem with their computers while we were there, right when we ran our credit card so we almost had to pay twice. They couldn't get ahold of anyone to help. So they went ahead and just took our info just In case they had a problem with the payment. So our trip was not as short as it should have been. It could have been a lot uglier but the gentleman that helped us was doing the best he could. Hopefully this is not a common issue for them.

Nice store but they charge residential customers a premium. I was quoted a Pro-HC Hunter 12 zone indoor controller for 450 dollars. I bought it somewhere else for 225. The shock on my face when they told me the price. I even double checked he had the right price.
